When inexperienced criminal Sonny Wortzik (Al Pacino) leads a bank robbery in Brooklyn, things quickly go wrong, and a hostage situation develops. As Sonny and his accomplice, Sal Naturile (John Cazale), try desperately to remain in control, a media circus develops and the FBI arrives, creating even more tension. Gradually, Sonny’s surprising motivations behind the robbery are revealed, and his standoff with law enforcement moves toward its inevitable end.

Miss Maria Mellor (She/Her/Miss) is a Trans Woman & Lesbian, Activist, Advocate and Artist. Miss describes herself as an art scene hangabout, citing roots as a classically-trained bassist, ties to the music industry and the local punk scene, and a history of advocacy and leadership roles in the Trans Community. Miss is passionate about art in all forms, & especially, the intersection of Queerness, art and counterculture. Presently, she a lives life artistically enriched and blissfully unemployed, like something straight out of Richard Linklater’s “Slacker”.
