Bring Your Vision to a Very Big Screen

It’s that time again! Time to submit your film series ideas!

Metro Cinema is now accepting applications for guest curators in our 2018/19 season. At our home in the historic Garneau Theatre, Metro works to include the passions of many film enthusiasts, and to represent diverse perspectives on our screen. This could be for a single film or event, a recurring monthly or bi-monthly series, a condensed film festival/retrospective, or any other model you can envision.

Applications should be for programming to be scheduled between September 2018 and December 2019.

To be considered, complete the form. Feel free to supplement your proposal with any support materials you think are relevant, sent to director@metrocinema.org. Submissions received after April 20th, 2018 may not be considered this year.

Access the form here.

If you have additional material you want to provide in support of your idea, or questions about this process, send them to curatorialsubmissions@metrocinema.org, or call David Cheoros at 780.425.9212.
