In the years after Gremlins took the box office by storm, the market was flooded with “mischievous little creature” features, and Critters was one of the very best. Featuring a stellar cast (led by the great Dee Wallace Stone), a good sense of humour, and some really fun practical creature effects, this is — like Gremlins before it — a great gateway horror flick for younger viewers looking to dip their toes in the scary movie waters!
