Every year we focus our spring fundraising campaign on meeting facility needs.
One area of our facility that we think deserves our attention is the foyer, including our poster cases, box office, and concession spaces. As the first thing our patrons see, and what can be the busiest space to navigate, we’d like to improve both the aesthetics and the efficiency of the space to ensure our box office and concession flow more quickly and your experience prior to even entering the auditorium is as pleasant and easy as it can be. However, this project is large and will require a longer period of time for us to execute. So welcome to Phase 1!
Spring 2026 we are fundraising for the first phase of “The Foyer Fundraiser” which will include restoring our poster cases, upgrading the lighting, and replacing the wallpaper, which will be completed during our annual summer closure. This year we’re aiming to raise $15,000 to get us started in our endeavour. Phase 2 will continue on this work in spring of 2027, so stay tuned for more details on that in the future.
And there are options – you can make a regular donation to our CanadaHelps Campaign where $25+ will get a charitable tax receipt and entry into the prize draw**, or there is also a 50/50 raffle where you could take home half the total jackpot.

The 50/50 Raffle ends on April 15 and the Fundraising Campaign closes on May 15, with the prize draw taking place on May 16.
