Food influences every part of our lives, yet the US national agricultural system is going terribly wrong. From the emphasis on cattle farming and chemical fertilization to wasteful distribution, there is a direct connection between unhealthy soil and unhealthy people. FEEDING TOMORROW poses one of the most important questions of our time: How can we feed the earth’s population of 8 billion people in a just, sustainable, and environmentally responsible way?
