Based on a true story about a bored 14-year-old girl who seeks excitement in the seamy drug scene of ’70s Berlin.
Christiane lives with her mother and little sister in a typical multi-storey apartment building in Berlin. Although she’s legally too young to enter the new disco the ‘Sound’, she asks a friend to take her. There she meets Detlef, who’s in a clique where everybody’s on drugs, and step by step she gets drawn deeper into the scene.
