This award-winning film tells the story of Srebrenica through the perspective of Aida, a UN translator struggling to save her family and help her community as the promise of protection within the UN-designated safe zone begins to unravel. Through her experience, the film offers a powerful and deeply human portrayal of the events leading up to one of the darkest chapters in modern European history.
Presented by the Edmonton Bosnia-Herzegovina Cultural Society.
