FAVA FEST is the Film and Video Arts Society of Alberta’s annual celebration of the remarkable film, video, and media artwork created by our membership. This unique film festival shines a spotlight on the depth and diversity of talent within our community, offering a platform for filmmakers and media artists to share their work with peers, industry professionals, and the public.
This year’s festival will feature three public screenings of selected film, video, and media art; educational programs, including workshops, panels, and artist talks; and cash awards recognizing excellence across multiple categories, community gatherings, and special events.
